This flying car is designed on the theory of rotary aircraft and conventional aircraft. flying this aircraft requires special skills of driving and piloting and it is said to be released by 2015.
But a question most people ask is that So, who could afford one of these? And one needs a pilot's license and there aren't too many people who have the aptitude or patience to learn to fly much less the cost involved. We might have the technical know how to build "flying" cars, but in some pilots opinion it is not practical or economically feasible for most of working class.
